Myanmar Digital Solution, known as MDS, was established in September 2004 by friends who committed to make difference in the community. MDS is recognized as a social enterprise, whose objective is to bridge digital divide by empowering young and adult in the disadvantages community through the use of Information Communication Technology (ICT).
The objective: The aim of the MDS is to develop and implement a collaborative program that has a positive economic impact to achieve more sustainable development in their communities. To achieve this vision, its goals are to ensure meaningful participation of young and adults in all levels of Information Communication Technology (ICT), to enhance the ability of grass-roots development workers to gather ideas and information, and to promote continuous learning and sharing through the use of ICT.
